Where was the FDA failing to inspect facilities and shutting them down before the Salmanella outbreak? Where was the FDA on Chipotle’s? Basically, we have a non functioning bloated government incapable of protecting Americans and they just react and prosecute after the fact.
They were guilty of bribing a federal official! Seems to me they were aware of their criminal intentions.
