Ohio-based privately owned insurance brokerage firm, Hylant, has named Debbie Fischer to the newly created position of vice president, property/casualty service leader. Most recently, she was vice president, client services.
In her new role, Fischer will support Hylant’s high-level service initiatives, including the client engagement strategy. Additionally, she’ll work closely with service leaders throughout the organization to ensure Hylant provides the best servicing platform at all times.
In her 30-plus years with Hylant, Fischer’s experience has included serving as both a client service provider and a commercial department leader. She also has earned insurance industry designations as CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative).
Hylant, founded in 1935, has 14 offices in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee and Florida.
