    I hope that’s 15000 GALLONS. 15000 pounds fit in one truck. Anyhow, finding volunteers is hard ( for anything, churches, community clubs, etc.) when people commute a long way to work out of town, or work more than one job to make ends meet. To receive adequate fire training is a whole other job by itself.
