This is a real issue and it is about time that someone be held accountable for resolution. The energy companies know this is happening, but hide by outdated codes. Much of rural America infrastructure has been in place since the 30’s and does not have the capacity for the demand being placed on the system.

I would suggest that unless the judge made a error that will not stand up on appeal, that the company negotiate a quick and quiet settlement and move on.
