This excess reinsurance plan isn’t part of the memory key HEALTH CARE SPPECIFICCS.
But it is related to high risk pools, as a means of sharing / subsidizing those costs. How the retention and limit was determined is of interest. I’ll wait for more info on this plan… because it may work better than prior pools with reinsurance protection.
