Just because someone worked less or is younger doesn’t mean they are not better suited for a promotion. Some people on the job for 10 years have 10 years of experience and some people have 10 years of the same one-year experience. In other words, some people grow in their position and some people just perform the task.
Also, blaming people calling Obama names is a hostile work environment? What about all the name calling of our current President? Does that entitle all Trump fans to claim a hostile work environment?
It is racist – just as the comment was by Ron DeSantis against Andrew Gillum in the race for the Florida governors office when, on Fox News, DeSantis urged Florida voters not to “monkey this up” by electing the black Gillum.
