Safety National Casualty Corp., a specialty insurance and reinsurance provider headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, has promoted four executives on its leadership team.
Steve Divine, the current senior vice president – Finance, has added the title of Chief Accounting Officer to his role. In addition to continuing to provide senior management oversight to the Finance and Accounting Department, Divine will also be responsible for the company’s financial statement reporting.
Rob Leitner has been promoted to senior vice president – Business Development. Leitner will be responsible for senior management oversight of the Business Development Department, leading the company’s sales strategy and related efforts.
Curt Reno has been promoted to senior vice president – Insurance Underwriting. Reno will be responsible for overall leadership and management of the Insurance Underwriting Department’s core lines of business and operations.
Bob King has been promoted to senior vice president – Reinsurance Underwriting. King will be responsible for overall leadership and management of workers’ compensation and casualty reinsurance underwriting as well as strategic direction of operations for Safety National Re.
These appointments will become effective on April 1, 2020.
