This civil unrest is exactly what this president wants. It’s a way to fire up his base. And, he thinks he looks all hard when he sends in the National Guard. We all know he cowardly lied about bone spurs in order to duck his duty. No wonder he calls American fallen soldiers losers and suckers. Just the same rhetoric we heard from him about McCain. I pray police officers everywhere are going to think more about alternative actions rather than just pulling the trigger so we can put an end to all this destruction, which I realize is a small percentage of these mostly peaceful protests.
Sucks but at least the city’s property is insured; amazing there are people more concerned with property damage than extrajudicial killings of citizens (of any race).

Perhaps police training should be expanded to point out that shooting an unarmed father seven times in the back in plain view of his children might result in undesirable consequences. Makes you wonder why these badge wearing jerks should be entrusted with anything more lethal than a police whistle, but I suppose whistles and night sticks are not NRA approved.

They also need to be trained to not turn their heads when a 17 year old armed with an AR comes to town to hunt BLM protesters. Instead, they thanked him and gave him a bottle of water prior to his killing spree. It is illegal for him to be armed like that. I’m sure they would have arrested him had he been carrying a 6 pack.
