Vertafore, a provider of insurance technology, has acquired Columbus, Ohio-based inusrtech AgencyZoom, a cloud-based sales automation platform for insurance agents.
AgencyZoom provides insurance agents with sales analytics and customer engagement automation.
The acquisition expands Vertafore’s strategy to simplify and automate operations and processes so that agencies can better utilize their time.
