Berkshire Hathaway confirmed that that its annual shareholders meeting will be an in-person meeting held in Omaha in April.
The meeting will take place April 30 at the CHI Health Center, an arena and convention center in central Omaha.
“We could not have a better venue than the CHI Health Center or a better city than Omaha for hosting our event,” Berkshire said in a statement.
More than 40,000 people regularly attend Berkshire’s annual shareholders meeting, which is being held in-person for the first time since the pandemic began. Warren Buffett and Berkshire officials often spend several hours answering questions from attendees.
The meeting will also be webcast on Berkshire’s website.
