Aura Risk Management Introduces Morrison as Senior Vice President

Aura Risk Management & Insurance Services, a member of The Liberty Company Network of Insurance Brokers, has brought aboard Eric Morrison as senior vice president. Morrison will be leading efforts to develop Aura’s new cannabis program, as well as other specialized, niche programs. Aura is headquartered in San Clemente, California.

Morrison began his career in 1998 in underwriting employee benefits and moved to the property & casualty space in 2003. He gained 20 years of experience in the niche property & casualty / workers’ compensation arena working under his father, who successfully formed and ran an insurance company, agency and MGU for over 30 years. Morrison has primarily focused on managing and producing underwriting profits in specialized, hard-to-place property and casualty, workers’ compensation and excess markets.

RYZE Claim Solutions Promotes Alisshia Isaacs to Executive Vice President/Chief People Officer

RYZE Claim Solutions announced that Alisshia Isaacs has been promoted to the position of executive vice president/chief people officer at the company.

Isaacs joined RYZE in 2021 as senior vice president of human resources. Over the past year she has led efforts that improved the company’s systems and processes for hiring, payroll and compliance. Isaacs also developed new training, launched a wellness program, and coordinated the company’s events. In her new role, Isaacs continues to oversee human resources and joins the company’s senior leadership team to work on other company initiatives.
