People Moves: Tate Appointed Aspen’s Inland Marine – Head of Product & Underwriting

Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda, appointed Michael Tate to the newly created role of inland marine – head of product & underwriting.

Tate will be based in Chicago, Ill. Before Aspen, Tate served as chief underwriting officer at Berkley Fire & Marine since 2021. Before that, he was with The Hartford Insurance Co. beginning in 2005, most recently serving as head of marine.
