Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company announced the appointment of Matthew Mosher, former President and CEO of AM Best Rating Services, Inc., to its Board of Directors.
Mosher brings decades of leadership experience and industry understanding that will be instrumental in guiding Pharmacists Mutual’s continued growth and strategic direction, the company said in a statement.
During his tenure at AM Best, Mosher led the global credit rating agency through significant advancements in insurance analytics while navigating ever-changing industry regulations. Notably, Mosher led the development and implementation of Best’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR) model, which is used to assess the financial strength and capital adequacy of insurance companies.
