Alive Risk, the sports, leisure and entertainment managing general underwriter of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, the underwriting management division of Ryan Specialty announced that Scott Carroll has joined Alive Risk to serve as underwriting director of entertainment programs, reporting to Patrick Gavin, President and CEO of Alive Risk.
Scott Carroll brings over four decades of experience in the insurance industry, with a deep specialization in entertainment-related risks. Scott’s expertise spans general liability, property (with a focus on inland marine), commercial auto, workers’ compensation, professional liability, and umbrella coverage.
Alive Risk is known for its specialized insurance solutions across the amusement, entertainment, contingency, special events, and sports & leisure industries. Scott’s appointment strengthens Alive Risk’s Entertainment team, which provides coverage for music, touring, live events, film and media productions, and production support services.
