Chris Leming, senior vice president of TROXELL in Springfield, Illinois, has been named President of Big I Illinois. Leming was formally installed during the association’s annual convention, CONVO, on October 15, 2026, at the Peoria Civic Center. He will serve a one-year term.
As President, Chris is responsible for leading the direction of Big I Illinois over the next year and will act as an official delegate of the association at state and national functions.
Leming has been with Troxell, where he offers a full spectrum of services including personal and business insurance, group benefits, surety bonds, HR and safety solutions and individual life and health insurance, since 1999. In his volunteer role for Big I Illinois, he has served as Regional Director, Government Relations Committee Member, Vice President, and President-Elect.
