ConfirmNet Corp., a San Diego-based e-service business-to-business application service provider, has closed the first round of venture capital funding totaling $7 million from marquee investors in the technology and insurance sectors.
The investment is led by The Acorn Technology Fund, a domestic venture capital fund investing in e-buseinss companies. The new investment of equity capital will expand the marketing, sales and ongoing product enhancement of CertificatesNow.com, as well as build infrastructure and develop additional “Now” technology products.
