The St. Paul Companies has completed the sale of its nonstandard auto insurance business to The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
Prudential purchased the nonstandard auto insurance business marketed under the Victoria Financial and Titan Auto brands for approximately $200 million.
The purchase includes the THI Holdings Inc. legal entity and all of its subsidiaries, including the Victoria and Titan Groups.
The St. Paul Companies, headquartered in St. Paul, Minn., is a group of companies providing property-liability insurance, reinsurance and life insurance products and services worldwide.
