Insurance Services Office and the West Group have forged a strategic alliance to distribute selected ISO publications via Westlaw, West Group’s online legal and business research service with more than 13,000 databases.
The first ISO publication to appear on Westlaw will be ISO’s State Filing Handbook, which is recognized in the property-casualty industry as a comprehensive source on state insurance laws and regulations governing requirements for filing rates, rules and policy forms with state regulators.
Through Westlaw, law firms, insurers’ in-house legal counsel, state-filing departments and insurance compliance professionals will have constant access to the most current version of the State Filing Handbook.
