Web-enabled services such as annual premium negotiation; provider site matching; performance analysis; and communication, fulfillment and call center services will also be available UltraLink is a 10-year-old provider of employee benefits administration and health plan network management in the $900 billion dollar employee benefits industry.
Its clients include AT&T, The Dow Chemical Company and Lucent Technologies, among others. Through the merger, UltraLink’s health plan management services will now expand to include smaller and mid-sized companies that make up iBenefits’ original target market.
