International Catastrophe Insurance Managers has named Ed Kelly as its Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President with responsibility for all financial planning and reporting activities.
ICAT Managers is a Boulder-based managing general agency specializing in providing catastrophe insurance for small commercial risks throughout the United States.
Before joining ICAT, Kelly served as vice president and CFO of Royal & Sun Alliance’s Specialty Division in Monterey, Calif., where he was responsible for overall financial and accounting operations. He also served as vice president of finance and operations for C.E. Heath Compensation and Liability Insurance Co. and as a senior manager for Ernst & Young.
