Prudential Plc expected to raise $209 million through a global offer of 15 million shares listed Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange. Prudential issued the ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares in a secondary offering. The company expected to start trading under the ticker symbol “PUK.” Proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
