MetLife Auto & Home announced that its group auto and homeowners insurance program now insures more than one million automobiles and homes countrywide.
MetLife Auto & Home began writing group auto and homeowners insurance policies in 1977. The company’s first corporate account was American National Can, which is still an account today. Since that day over 23 years ago, more than 1,100 companies have enabled their employees to purchase auto and home insurance at their workplace through MetLife Auto & Home
An affiliate of MetLife, MetLife Auto & Home boasts more than 2.9 million policies. It provides insurance products in all 50 states for the auto, home, apartment, condominium, boat, vacation and rental property, recreational vehicle, as well as personal excess liability.
