Rochester, N.Y.-based XX-Scene Genesis, Inc. has launched a new eService created specifically for property and casualty insurance claims adjusters and independent agents working in the field.
The new website, theclaimscene.com, is geared to shorten the claim settlement process from days or weeks to hours, by providing a mechanism for rapid information sharing over the Internet. Theclaimscene.com is driven by the software platform developed for SceneAccess.net, a leading eService for sharing and storing information for the property & casualty insurance industry.
At theclaimscene.com, claims adjusters will find tools to load photos and text, create reports, send the information, store it on a secure server and retrieve it whenever they need to reference the claim or compare it to newer information. In addition, claims adjusters can get reports that list the people who have viewed the claim and the changes they made to the file.
