San Diego-based VistaInfo and Chicago-based Aon Services Group Inc. have agreed to form a new jointly owned e-commerce company. The composite company, Homeowners’ Planning Services LLC, will offer a suite of products, services and tools to homebuyers and homeowners.
Aon will contribute insurance and financial products, marketing, servicing and operational capabilities. VistaInfo will provide technology and data licenses and access to VistaInfo’s more than 325,000 affiliate real estate agents and brokers. The transaction is subject to execution of definitive agreements, including final approval by VistaInfo’s credit partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
