USI Affinity, a wholly owned subsidiary of USI Insurance Services Corp., is teaming up with AtYourBusiness.com, an Internet source for small businesses to attract, retain and manage quality employees.
The partnership will provide AYB members with nationwide coverage in a variety of business and group benefits insurance products. In a related agreement, the two companies agreed to build and operate a co-branded website, www.usi.ayb.com, to serve USI’s 65,000 small business customers with an array of benefits and employee management services.
AYB is headquartered in Rockville, Md., and was launched in November 1998 by Phil Gross, former CFO of America Online, and Michael Shulman, former consultant to XOOM.com, not part of NBCi. Founded in 1994, USI currently operates out of 81 offices in 21 states. The company is based out of San Francisco.
