Fair, Isaac and Co., a provider of decision technology, has launched ClickPremium, an “e-Decisioning'” solution for insurance companies. ClickPremium provides insurance underwriters with real-time decision-making power at all point-of-sale opportunities, including insurance sales over the Internet. It also evaluates the risk of an individual applicant at the point-of-sale, be that the agent, customer service representative or Web site.
Based on application information and comprehensive supplemental external data, including the industry-leading Fair, Isaac Insurance Bureau Scores, ClickPremium then automatically extends an offer that matches policy and premium to the applicant. For example, using ClickPremium, an insurer can provide an instant quote to a driver searching for auto insurance on the Web, or deliver a binding policy to a homeowner applying for coverage through an agent.
