iwix.net Signs Two New MGAs to Website

iwix.net, an Internet specialty insurance marketplace, announced that F.L. Dean & Associates Inc. and Gulf Coast Marine have joined the iwix.net marketplace. These MGAs will add 16 new coverages to the iwix.net exchange.

F.L. Dean, an MGA located in Wheaton, IL, will be providing multiple Specialty General Liability (including Camps, Dance Studio, Gymnastic Studios and others) through United National. They’ll also offer Group Accident products (for Sports, Schools, Day Care and others) through American National, and International Travel products through International Travel Insurance’s pen.

Gulf Coast Marine, an MGA located in Metairie, LA, will be offering a variety of Marine products, including P&I for Crew Liabilities and Vessel, Bumbershoot policies (a/k/a “Wet Umbrella Coverage”) and Brown Water Vessel Coverage. Gulf Coast Marine holds the pen for Albany Insurance Company, American Employers Insurance Company, and Ocean Marine Indemnity Company.
