The Atlantic Mutual Cos. has named Daniel H. Olmsted as senior vice president. He will lead the company’s homeowners’ and personal lines of business for upscale clientele, where he will be responsible for strategic marketing development, market and territory expansion, underwriting and customer service.
Olmsted started his career with Atlantic Mutual in 1984 as manager-product development in the company’s Personal Insurance division. Since then, he has held progressively responsible roles within the company.
In 1989, he was appointed assistant vice president for the personal lines market. He was promoted to western regional vice president in 1992 and served in that role until 1995 when he was named vice president.
