Guy Carpenter and Co. has hired Gregory T. Doyle as executive vice president of strategic planning and corporate development. In this new role, he will work with senior management in developing the strategic direction of the organization, including global strategies, business processes, marketing and client management, and operational effectiveness.
Doyle will be responsible for integrating product and service strategies throughout the company and its parent organization, Marsh & McLennan. Doyle will also be a part of the executive committee.
Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, Doyle was with American Re where he held several positions, most recently as executive vice president and president of domestic insurance company operations.
