Protegrity Services, an insurance products and services company, has expanded it’s Internet-based underwriting and rating service, workcompnow.com. Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Texas, and Virginia have joined the initial launch states of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, N. Carolina, Oklahoma, S. Carolina, and Tennessee.
Workcompnow.com offers licensed insurance agents pricing and binding workers’ compensation coverage on-line through workcompnow.com. The program is designed without minimum volume commitments or any up-front application fees. Licensed property & casualty agents can access the program by completing a straightforward registration process.
Launched just four months ago, workcompnow.com has received over 550,000 hits, hosted over 8,000 visitor sessions (averaging 89 sessions/weekday), and processed over 750 quotes representing in excess of $3 million in premium. Over 1,000 insurance agents have registered to use the tools provided by the site.
