National Financial Partners Corp. and New York City-based Nemco Brokerage, Inc. (Nemco), a group benefits brokerage and insurance firm, announced their joint acquisition of the group insurance business formerly owned by a joint venture between BISYS Insurance Services Inc. and AXA Network LLC.
Operating as a subsidiary of Nemco, the acquired business will be known as Dascit/White & Winston Inc., maintaining offices in New York and Harrisburg.
