The Hartford Financial Services announced that a new system has been incorporated in The Hartford’s Personal Insurance Agency Locator on the company’s website, to capture consumer inquiries and enable agents to turn browsers into buyers.
The Personal Insurance Agency Locator was designed to make it easier for consumers to be connected with a local independent agent. The Hartford has partnered with InfoNow Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise channel management software, to build a closed loop lead generation and management program on its website and provide agents with real time leads. This new functionality enhances the existing agency locator that currently features mapping tools to assist consumers in finding local agents.
