Frontier Insurance Group Inc. announced that the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) suspended trading of Frontier’s common stock as of June 27, 2001. The suspension follows Frontier’s June 15, 2001 Form 8-K filing, which announced Frontier was unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the three months ended March 31, 2001.
Frontier stated it is anticipated that trading on the OTCBB will resume within three business days after the form10-Q has been filed with the SEC, which Frontier anticipates will take place in early August.
In the interim, trading of Frontier common stock will be conducted on the pink sheets.
