The Hartford Is Ready to Assist Customers Affected by Terrorist Attacks

The Hartford Financial Services Group announced that it has a catastrophe team in place at its Shelton, Conn., claim center, ready to move closer to New York when possible. Additionally, the company has claim adjusters located throughout the country, ready to assist those affected by today’s tragedies. The company’s representatives at its toll-free, 24-hour claim number are prepared for customer calls.

“We are deeply saddened by this morning’s horrific events. Our heartfelt condolences go out to all of the people who have been affected by this terrible tragedy,” stated David Zwiener, president of The Hartford’s property-casualty operations. “We will do everything we can to help our customers during this very difficult time.”
