Allmerica Financial’s two regional property and casualty insurers, Citizens Insurance Company of America and The Hanover Insurance Company, have launched an Internet-based direct mail portal ™ for its independent agents.
Offered through USADATA, a provider of online applications, the online portal enables agents to prospect for new customers and execute direct mail campaigns.
The direct mail portal has been developed exclusively for Citizens and Hanover agents and resides on a password protected Web site. The Internet-based portal allows agents to select targeted mailing lists based on geographic area, consumer demographics or business characteristics; customize postcards; and execute complete direct mail campaigns.
USADATA coordinates prospect-list generation, printing and mailing of all direct mail pieces. Real-time mailing lists, tailored to the agent’s specifications, are available from the Acxiom® Corporation’s Acxiom Data Network(TM).
