GAB Robins Group of Companies has formed GAB Robins Capital Partners and appointed Michael C. Garner as President of the new division.
Capital Partners designs runoff solutions, provides outsourcing capabilities for carriers’ claim operations, integrates the claims handling aspects of mergers & acquisitions and oversees M&A activity for GAB Robins as it enters the acquisition phase of its growth plan.
The division will be based in New York City to be close and accessible to the capital markets and some of the insurance industry’s key decision makers.
