The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has launched www.chubb.com/personal, a new interactive online resource for both personal insurance agents and customers.
Two key features of the new site are its co-branding opportunities for agents and Masterpiece® Manager(SM), an online collection management system that helps customers keep detailed records of their valuable possessions.
Agents can register and log on to the site to access client policy, claim, billing and appraisal information and download current Masterpiece coverage summary and rate and rule manuals and contract guides through Chubb’s secure @chubb. extranet site.
The site offers agents a unique opportunity to co-brand with Chubb. The agency’s logo and contact information may appear on the customer’s main policy information screen. The agency’s contact information may also appear on all other policy information, billing, appraisal and claim screens.
