CT Insurance Services has made available the PINnacle Xchange Producer Licensing Database (XDB), a customizable and scaleable database that tracks and organizes producer demographic and licensure information, such as active licenses and appointments, for both individuals and agencies. Highly customizable, the XDB features a comprehensive set of standard fields, while providing the flexibility to remove fields and add user-defined fields. Data stored in this database will automatically populate transaction filings, increasing information integrity while reducing manual data entry. In combination with the PINnacle Xchange service, the XDB also provides customers with the ability to define and print custom reports and to upload/download information to/from internal applications.
