The American Association of Insurance Services is launching a new service of Web-based seminars with an Aug. 28 presentation on AAIS commercial liability endorsements that address mold and construction defects.
For the inaugural seminar, professionals will be able to see and hear the slide presentation free of charge over their own computers and telephones.
The half-hour seminar features Deborah Summerlin, AAIS vice president of insurance lines, and Janice Nieman, manager of commercial liability, describing a recent filing of 25 endorsements for use with the AAIS Artisans, Businessowners, Commercial Liability, and Commercial Umbrella Programs.
Summerlin and Nieman will discuss the connection between mold and construction defect claims, and participants will see a slide of exhibits.
To sign up, go to www.AAISonline.com, click on the Web seminar link, and fill out the online registration form that appears. AAIS will respond with instructions and a password.
