ACE Risk Management (ARM), part of ACE USA, has created a new unit, ARM Custom Casualty.
The ARM Custom Casualty unit will specialize in general and product liability coverages for insureds with challenging exposures. In addition to providing general and product liability insurance, ARM Custom Casualty can write companion automobile liability coverage. Typically, insured programs will be written in excess of a self-insured retention.
ARM Custom Casualty will write primary, as well as buffer layer coverage. In addition, on a select basis, ARM Custom Casualty, in conjunction with other ACE USA resources, will write up to $25 million in insured limits.
Leading ARM Custom Casualty as senior vice president is Dave Brodsky.
Brodsky joined ACE USA in Aug. of 1999 as branch manager, New York Region, ACE Risk Management.
