The American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) will hold the second of its Web-based seminars with a Sept. 25 presentation on a new revision of its Commercial Output Program (COP).
The 40-minute presentation, scheduled to start at 10 a.m. CDT, will feature Robert Guevara, AAIS assistant vice president of inland marine. Online participants will be able to see exhibits over their own computers and hear commentary over their own telephones as Guevara provides: observations on writing output coverage in a hard market; reasons for the latest COP revision (version 3.0); a general description of program modifications and new features in the COP 3.0; and an update on the filing status of the program.
The seminar is open free of charge to all insurers who currently write the COP or are interested in affiliating with AAS to use it. The event will be interactive, allowing online participants to ask questions and participate in discussion.
The COP is a property program that provides broad coverage for buildings, business personal property, and inland marine exposures in a single policy priced with a unique flexible rating system.
