Insurance Services Office Inc. (ISO) has redesigned its Web site (www.iso.com) for a more cohesive graphic look, improved search capability and greater functionality.
The redesign includes summaries of ISO’s research findings on a wide range of industry topics for insurance professionals, risk managers and consumers. The new iso.com can also help visitors learn about ISO and its products and services. The new site is flexible, so it can be revised, updated and improved with fresh information daily.
The site features individual products on the ISO home page. The navigation is easy to use and intuitive, and the search engine ranks results by relevance. The redesigned site also features a shopping-cart function to sell ISO products to customers directly over the Internet.
“The revamped site strengthens the ISO brand image and gets our messages across more clearly and efficiently to our customers and prospects,” John McCue, ISO’s chief marketing officer, said. “The new design is clean and consistent but flexible enough to display graphics used to highlight individual ISO products,” McCue added.
