ACE USA appointed James Macdonald to the position of chief underwriting officer.
Macdonald will have overall management responsibility for the underwriting function for ACE USA and ACE Canada.
Macdonald has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience and is an experienced consultant, author and public speaker.
He joined ACE in October 2001 as senior vice president and chief underwriting officer with ACE Risk Management.
