Current issues in highway safety that are of interest to subrogation professionals will highlight the National Association of Subrogation Professionals’ (NASP) annual conference Nov. 10-13 in Tampa, Fla.
Brian O’Neill of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety will deliver the conference’s keynote address. Carl Van of the International Insurance Institute Inc. will discuss customer service in the subrogation area.
The three-day seminar will include more than 50 sessions dedicated to all areas of subrogation, including auto, property, workers’ compensation, health care and technology.
The conference will also feature concurrent sessions on subrogation issues involving the military, difficult legal issues in the workers’ comp arena, ethics in auto subrogation, mold remediation losses, special problems with construction site losses, and planning for worst case scenario disaster recovery.
