The Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA) will hold its annual meeting Jan. 30 – Feb. 2 at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs in Phoenix. The event – which draws insurance marketers from around the country – is a forum for education and networking.
The 2003 annual conference will feature a keynote presentation by J. Walker Smith, president of Yankelovich Partners Inc.
The meeting will follow a new format with an opening reception and networking dinner on Jan. 30, and general session seminars taking place on Jan. 31 and Feb. 1. Among the scheduled sessions are: changing consumer attitudes; maintaining insurance customer loyalty; permission-based marketing; database marketing; variable digital printing; generational marketing; and association legislative action.
Attendance at the meeting is open to PIMA members and non-PIMA members. For more information, log onto: www.pima-assn.org.
