CBCA Inc., an employee benefits outsourcing company and administrator of third-party healthcare services, has completed the acquisition of the Group Health Benefits Division of Cambridge Integrated Services Group, Inc. This division serves self-funded employers in addition to offering fully-insured policy administration.

CBCA offers a comprehensive portfolio of health plan management services, including:

*Claims processing and contact center services for medical, dental, and vision plans;

*Flexible Spending, Defined Contribution, and Premium Billing Accounts;

*Web-based self-service and reporting applications.

In addition to its administration and processing services, CBCA operates an integrated managed care program that includes pharmacy benefit and care management services.
