The Board of Directors of EMC Insurance Group Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of fifteen (15) cents per share of common stock payable June 9, 2003 to shareholders of record as of June 2, 2003.
This is the eighty-sixth consecutive quarterly dividend paid since EMC Insurance Group Inc. became a publicly held company in Feb. 1982.
