William Bloom joined Travelers Property Casualty Corp. as senior vice president and Chief Information Officer, responsible for the company’s technology platform, including its telecommunications systems.
Bloom most recently served as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of Accenture where he helped develop computer-based systems and capabilities for a broad range of insurance companies. He also served as a vice president at Hartford Life responsible for National Accounts in the Employee Benefits Division.
