Allenbrook, Inc. (www.allenbrook.com) recently noted the successful completion of Phoenix 7.0. Along with a number of new platform certifications, Phoenix 7.0 features a host of enhancements focusing on more comprehensive support for Commercial Lines business, including workers’ compensation.
The 7.0 Insurance Carrier Policy Admin and Processing enterprise release comes on the heels of an intensive, weeklong, on-site customer beta program. “The process of including numerous cross-functional live customers participating as stakeholders has raised the bar in our delivering a break-through system that’s unparalleled in the industry,” said Chuck Peck, president of Allenbrook.
Phoenix 7.0 is the latest release of Allenbrook’s fully integrated system for property/casualty carriers, which is also being offered to the life market for the first time ever.
The release includes such features as: enhanced support for premium audits, including the ability to process interim audits, final audits, cancel audits, reverse and reapply audits, and the ability to audit coverage on an endorsement, and the welcomed support for anniversary rating and bulk re-rate functionality.
