I think they need to take a hard look at the competition and with comment on how they condemmed dek reviews. Well here is a News Flash for all My Company Guarante’s a Cycle Time of 4 Hours and if not meet the review is is free out of 65 clients they just love my service and not 1 review fee has ever been waived. I think this sounds a lot like picking s**t with the chickens. If a company cannot be progressive and review is stance on proceedure, I belive it will often times get left in the dust. How about we review SCA’s decision to perform desk review based on the performance it produces. SCA is a fine company with many benefits to its client that would be hard to reproduce by its compeditors. I think it is a fine addition to the needs of the industry.

SCA is nothing more than a scam to the insurance industry. They should take a look at how they screw the appraisers and cut inside deals. Must not forget the list of diplomatic immumity that some of appraiser have the priveleage of being on.

You really sould hire a new manager for the east coast office! The guy running it is very unprofessional and acts like a prick to everyone! SCA’s day will come when insurance companies go back to using small independent companies becuse their quality is far better than a major corperation. Mr. Davis just uses the insurance companies to furnish his lush lifestyle and thinks he can threaten people and smaller companies by threating to sue them. He has to have his little puppets call up and give this big speach about how they are not allowed to compete against them becuse they used to be employed by SCA, well if anyone is gonna be any threat, maybe he sould watch out! Becuse the little guys are fighting back!

Don’t worry all of you appraisers out there. The only two words SCA is hearing in the insurance company boardrooms this year are…. you’re fired!

With all this talk about how bad SCA is, Why dont we all just do are work and not worry about SCA. It seems as if everyone wants to be part of SCA the way they keep going on and on and on about the subject.

Our car was in an accident two weeks ago. Today, 8/31/05, I receive a notice asking me to contact them because they haven’t been able to reach me.
Bull. I’m listed w/both insurance companies, the telephone book, the police report and I have voice mail service on my home telephone.

And, they have the nerve to say “my anticipated cooperation is appreciated.”

They’ve ignored me, left me without a car for over two weeks and my cooperation would be appreciated.

    — JUST TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY—

THEY WEB SITE LISTS THEIR NE OFFICE’S EMAIL ADDRESS INCORRECTLY.

SCA , Auto Claims Direct are both a joke. They consider themselves the best just because they have national coverage…who gives a crap when they have no idea who their appraisers are, no knowledgeable staff. I feel bad for the appraisers that had to work for either SCA or Auto claims Direct. Why Insurance companies are so stupid for giving them work, i dont understand. The best service are the ones provided by smaller independent appraisal companies where they cover a state or 2 states the most.

SCA is a bunch of FRAUDS who are currently being sued for a fraudulent appraisal they did for an equally bad insurance company who paid them off. My stolen car was found, and they stated they found a key in the ignition- which was interesting since the POLICE WHO RECOVERED THE VEHICLE STATED THAT NO KEY WAS FOUND.

DISGUSTING, stay away from these crooks!!!!!!!
